Refunds If you place an order & have waited 1 hour, & the driver isn’t already on route to you, we will refund 100% of your order & or give extra to compensate for the inconvenience. Returns If you decide you want to return the product, we can return your money or replace all unopened/unused goods from our depot & or closest driver. Depending on the situation, we can organise a driver to come to you for free, but fees may apply. Reasons for returns - Faulty or incorrect items
